We meet with you at your chosen location for a pre-portrait consultation. We ask that you introduce us to your family and pets at this time. During this visit we will discuss your desires, bounce ideas around, and look at the posing area. A non-refundable retainer fee of $130.00 plus tax,(cash or check only), is due at this meeting to secure our services and book your portrait session. This fee includes a $30.00 product credit to use toward your order. Also, any location more than 25 miles from our office will incur an additional 50¢ per mile mileage charge payable at this meeting.
We make every effort to schedule your portrait session within one week of meeting your family and pets.
We allot two hours for each portrait session. This is ample time to allow everyone to relax and feel comfortable with the camera and lighting equipment. We are dedicated to making your portrait experience easy and enjoyable.
Approximately three days after your session you will receive an email notifying you that your proofs are ready to view on our web site. This email will contain your UserName and Password to access the proofs. We assign a UserName and Password so your proofs are only viewable by you and those you give this information to. Your proofs are viewable online for ten (10) days at no cost to you. After ten (10) days a service charge of $25.00 applies to repost your proofs. This charge extends your online viewing for seven (7) more days.
Once you have selected your images, you fill out the provided Print Order Form and mail it, or bring your payment to our office. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Master Card and Visa. Upon receipt of your payment, we begin work on your selected images. The average turn-around time is approximately 14 business days.
If you can not, or do not wish to view your proofs online, we can schedule another appointment for you to view printed proofs, select your images, and make payment.
