	Does the retainer fee apply toward the purchase of prints? Yes, $30.00 of the fee can be applied to your product purchases. This fee must be paid at the pre-portrait meeting by cash or check only and is non-refundable. Is there a minimum purchase requirement? Yes. A $30.00 minimum, (after all discounts are applied), product purchase is required . How is the mileage charge computed? Mileage is measured using Mapquest online from our office at 204 Calico Bush Ln., Round Rock, TX, to your desired location. Any portion of a mile over 25 miles is charged as a full mile. Mileage charges are computed based on the one-way distance rounded up to the nearest mile then doubled. Example: Your chosen location is 28.4 miles from our office. You will be charged an additional $4.00 for each visit to your location. (8 miles over limit x .50 = $4.00) Does the mileage charge apply to the pre-portrait visit, or a visit to view my proofs? Yes. The mileage charge applies each time we must travel more than 25 miles from our office to your location. When do I pay the mileage charge? The total mileage charge is due at the pre-portrait visit, (payable by cash or check only), and will be calculated based on the projected number of visits required to complete the job. How many different images do you take? We shoot numerous images with different poses. The number of different poses may be limited by the location. However, you will have ample images to select from. What should we wear? Normally solid colors in the same color family work best. No loud prints, or T-shirts with graphics. Where won't you go for a portrait session? We will go anywhere you are willing to pay for. Some places charge a fee for entry or require a permit. You will be required to pay all fees and permits up-front. What payment types do you accept? We accept Cash, Money Order, Check, Master Card or Visa. A $25.00 return check fee will be charged for all returned checks. Orders are submitted via the Print Order Form provided at the pre-portrait meeting. What if I don't have access to a computer, or prefer not to view my proofs online? We can make an appointment to view your proofs together, or we can mail you your proofs with a purchase order form. All hardcopy proofs will be clearly marked as "Proof". What happens if I don't like any of the proofs? If you are unhappy with all the proofs, we will schedule one additional portrait session at the same location.
